Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are charged based on a calculation of weight and volume of your order, to your specified destination. This rate is shown as “Shipping Cost” in the Checkout.

Despatch and Delivery

We will despatch the order once we successfully confirm your payment. Your order will be despatched within one working day of your payment confirmation. You will be able to view your order tracking number in the My Orders section of your account – this tracking number can be used for shipping status enquiries. Delivery times will vary based on location. 

Local Shipping

Living Healthy ship products within Australian address and we provide tracking number as soon as we ship your order. All deliver within Australia is generally carried by Sendle, though we may opt to use an alternate service where necessary. Please ensure a valid address and contact details are provided as we do not responsible for goods lost in transit or invalid address provided by you during the checkout.

International Shipping

All international shipment will be ship by Australia Post, we will advise you of the shipment cost during the checkout and tracking number will be provided. We ship to the following countries ( China, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippine, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand and United State of America)

Return & Refund Policy

Vitamins and supplements cannot be exchanged or refunded if the package has been broken. You may be returned the products if defective. We do not normally give refund if you simply change your mind. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly describe, are different sample show to you. All refund must provide proof of purchase from Living Healthy. If you wish to return such a product, we request that you to contact us via our “contact us” page. All returns must be approved and authorised with a return material numbers issue by Living Healthy.
